By accessing or using any part of our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of the Terms, you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services provided by Supply Pattern.

2. Services and Fees

Supply Pattern provides software and services to manage supply orders, not dental products or supplies directly.

Subscription Model: The subscription allows up to two dentists working at the same physical location to use the service. Additional subscriptions are required for additional dentists at the same or different locations.

Fees and Payments: All fees related to the service are outlined in your agreement with Supply Pattern. Payments made are non-refundable and are required to maintain access to our services. Services are only available to clients with no outstanding balances.

3. Content Ownership and Changes

All content provided on the Supply Pattern website is owned by the company. We reserve the right to modify or update content at any time without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing information, software features, and service details.

4. Data Usage

Supply Pattern may request access to certain documentation, data, or records related to your supplies, equipment, and merchandise orders. This information is used for inventory management, price comparisons, and historical analysis, aimed at improving the efficiency of your procurement processes.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If material changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined by Supply Pattern.

6. Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days using third-party carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping practices will apply.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for certain products and will be invoiced separately. Shipping responsibility lies with third-party sellers, and Supply Pattern does not handle shipping logistics directly.

If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us immediately so we can assist with resolving the matter.

7. Return Policy

Supply Pattern sources products from trusted, reliable sellers at the best available prices. Due to the cost efficiency of these products, returns are generally not accepted. If you believe your situation requires an exception, please contact us directly, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

8. Order Tracking

We provide order tracking through the Client Dashboard to help you monitor your order status.

Partial Shipments: In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parts. You will be notified if this occurs. Please verify that the quantities you receive match the order placed. If there is a discrepancy, notify us immediately, and we will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Supply Pattern is a software service provider. We are not responsible for the products supplied through third-party sellers, including any defects, delays, or errors in shipment or fulfillment. For issues directly related to your orders, we will assist in communication with the seller but are not liable for any loss or damages related to their services.
