Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Payments and Accounts Fees charged are for the software and service of supply order management at Supply Pattern. All fees are governed by your agreement with Supply Pattern. All payments made to Supply Pattern are non-refundable. Software and services are provided by Supply Pattern and are available to clients that that do not have an outstanding balance owed to Supply Pattern or any of its subsidiaries. Supply Pattern does not offer any dental products or supplies; rather, Supply Pattern provides software and service for management of our client supply orders. The subscription is only valid for up to two dentists, both must be working at the same physical location. Additional subscriptions are required for additional dentists.
All site content is provided by Supply Pattern. As appropriate, wording and other essential content changes may be made at anytime without notice.
Any documentation or access to information, data, records, etc. to Supply Pattern regarding supplies, equipment, and/or merchandise orders will be used by Supply Pattern as deemed necessary. These are primarily requested for inventory management assistance, price comparisons, and other historical information.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or replace these Terms at anytime. Supply Pattern will do their best to provide notice to users of any material changes within 7 days prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Most shipments will arrive within 2 to 4 days after the order has been processed. All supplies are shipped using standard delivery services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Items will be packaged and secured using standard packaging practices. Expedited shipping is available for certain products and the cost will be invoiced to and paid by the client. Shipping is handled by the third party sellers and is not the responsibility of My Dental Rep.com. If your shipment does not meet your satisfaction, please contact My Dental Rep.com immediately so we can rectify the situation.
My Dental Rep.com purchases all products from reputable and reliable sellers at the lowest rates available. Due to the low cost of the supplies, our standard policy is that we do not offer returns on the products we source. If you feel that your situation requires an exception to the standard rule, please contact My Dental Rep directly and we will discuss the details with you.
Supply Pattern tracks each item and will update the items associated with your order on your Client Dashboard. In order to ensure reception of the quantities ordered we recommend you match the quantities received with that of the order. Rarely a partial order will be prepared and shipped; with the remaining to be shipped at a later date. In the rare case that you do not receive the amount ordered, please notify Supply Pattern immediately and we will work on getting the order clarified with the third party seller.
